Denise Soesilo — Programme Director Denise is a co-founder of Outsight International. Denise is a dynamic manager working towards a sustainable and equitable planet through systems change, integrity and thoughtful leadership. Among others, Denise has worked with the World Bank and UN agencies on implementing clean technologies and innovative practices. 

Dan McClure —Solutions Architect Dan has 30+ years experience as a hands-on leader of systems innovation for complex challenges. He supports ambitious efforts to architect systems level innovations, scale sustainable ideas in low resource environments, design collaborative networks, and build adaptive organizations. His work has helped shape numerous aid sector innovation initiatives that focus on delivering sustainable impact at scale.

Devangana Khokhar — Lead Data Scientist and Strategist Devangana is a data scientist with years of experience in building intelligent systems across domains. She has a research background in theoretical computer science, information retrieval, and social network analysis. Her interests include data-driven intelligence, data in the humanitarian sector, and data ethics and responsibilities. Devangana currently works as Lead Data Scientist with ThoughtWorks.

Lucie Gueuning — Programme Manager 
For the past 3 years, Lucie has managed the MSF REACH project. During the process, she has been at the forefront of how to utilise social media platforms to detect trends during crises.
